Delivery by post is offered without minimum order in mainland France. Free returns for 14 days.
ECIG SPACE continues to ensure home deliveries in strict compliance with health rules, with the exception of areas to which access would be blocked by local authorities.
The dates that we display on the Delivery page of your purchase journey take into account a possible extension of delivery times.
Returns will be shipped by the customer after the containment period. Given the circumstances, we will accept returns beyond the usual time. Returns will sometimes take a few more days to reach our warehouse. Processing times may be extended (up to about a week), but we will process all refunds.
Standard delivery (supported Monday to Friday with a delay of 2 - 7 days)
This delivery method is free with no minimum order and concerns only Metropolitan France. The delivery time announced when the order is taken is calculated according to the city of destination, according to the transport plan of our delivery partner, in order to announce a reliable delivery time.
Your telephone number is sent to our transporter to facilitate the delivery of your order. You will receive SMS confirmation of shipment and tracking of your delivery, and will be contacted in case of delivery concerns.
We may need to verify your details with your credit card issuer before your order ships. In this case, we will do our best not to delay the shipment.
Are there restrictions on delivery locations?
All delivery locations are eligible, including hotels, workplaces, vacation homes and hospitals. Only PO boxes are not eligible for delivery.
How do I add an address to my address book?
Connect to your customer area then go to "Addresses" to add or modify your address book. Once your order has been placed, however, you no longer have the possibility of changing your delivery address.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

What if my order is damaged, incomplete or different from what I bought?
If your order has arrived damaged, incomplete or different from what you bought, contact us within 14 days of receiving it, by sending a photo of the products and concerns concerned: we will find a solution together as soon as possible!
How and under what deadline can I return my order?
The return costs are offered in case of breakdown or errors on our part. To return your purchase easily and free of charge within 14 days, it's quick and very simple:
- Prepare your package: place the item (s) to be returned in the original box.
- Stick the transport label that we have provided to your package by email.
- Drop the parcel in the Post office nearest to you.
ECIG SPACE reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions. Furthermore, we will not accept returns of products belonging to the following categories if the product has been opened: rechargeable (except in the case of manufacturing defects), atomizer, drip tip, e-liquid.
Regarding defective products or non-compliant delivery, we will offer to make a new delivery in accordance with the order or a commercial gesture if you decide to keep the product.
Can I exchange my order?
To make an exchange, we invite you to:
1. Return the unwanted product to us for a refund according to the conditions set out above. In this case, the return costs will be borne by the customer.
2. Place a new order for the desired replacement product.
How and when can I get reimbursed?
We are happy to offer you a refund for your unwanted products returned in accordance with our Returns Policy. You will be notified by email as soon as your refund is issued and will see the words "Refunded" appear in the history of your orders.
We will refund the full amount of the product to the original credit card of the purchase, including taxes.
The refund can only be requested by the person who placed the order and will be made on the original means of payment. It can be processed within 15 working days by your bank. This delay varies depending on the card issuer and we are unfortunately unable to influence this delay.
